The employment contracts we create differ in terms of detail and precision from the most commonly encountered and regularly contested employment contracts, which still regulate a large number of employment relationships nationwide with ineffective parts. We produce our employment contracts individually for you according to your specifications and wishes with the utmost care and, if requested, check them at regular intervals for changes in the law.

In the event of damage, we will of course also support you with terminations, equal treatment issues, bullying and actively represent you in court - for example in a dismissal protection claim.

Current case law: Polemical Facebook entries - warning instead of immediate termination

Critical entries on social media platforms such as Facebook do not always entitle the employer to terminate the contract without notice. Instead, all circumstances of the respective case must always be taken into account. This emerges from a decision by the Labor Court (ArbG) Dessau-Roßlau.
