Legal problems due to “Corona” - we can help you

Due to the current Corona situation (pandemic), legal advice in many legal areas is now more important than ever.

Employment Law:
There are many things to consider in labor law alone. We are happy to help you both as an employer and as an employee, including with all questions relating to short-time work, vacation, termination, unemployment, part-time employment, leave of absence, etc.

Building law:
If you as a company or as a builder are currently having problems due to the Corona crisis, for example due to construction delays, Mr Krone will be happy to help you at any time. Since the current contact restrictions do not apply here, you can arrange an on-site appointment at the construction project at any time via our office for construction law matters.

Family law:
If you run into family law problems due to the current “exit restrictions”, the Krone Law Firm team will be happy to help you. You can make an appointment here at any time with lawyer Oksana Manachow as your contact person for family law.

Corporate law:
If you as a company are now facing problems due to the Corona crisis, Mr. Krone is available to help you at the office in Hann. Münden, but are also happy to answer any legal questions you may have at your company or by telephone. Problems in this context can arise, among other things, due to delivery bottlenecks, insolvencies of contractual partners, your own financial difficulties or problems with employees.

Criminal law:
In the area of criminal law, many citizens are currently increasingly facing various problems, for example in the area of domestic violence (both as perpetrators and as victims) or violations of laws and regulations implemented in connection with the corona pandemic or were introduced. Attorney Krone will help you quickly and discreetly with any problem situations that may arise. Simply arrange a telephone appointment.

Corona aid:
Since our company is registered with the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) as an advice and application office, we are happy to help you with any questions you may have about bridging aid. It is not possible to submit a private application for the November (2020) or December (2020) grants; this can only be done via recognized application bodies such as registered law firms.

Brexit:
Due to the currently little paid attention to, but still relevant "Brexit" Companies that use the legal form of Limited (Ltd.) should also consider changes to corporate law as soon as possible. Since “Brexit” has now taken place, Mr. Krone will be happy to help you with this.
