ADVICE HELP

If advisory assistance is approved, after receiving the so-called "authorization certificate" for advisory assistance, you simply need to make an appointment for a meeting through our office and bring your own contribution of EUR 15.00 as required by law to the appointment. A receipt will be issued for the amount. We will then do the rest for you.

If you would like immediate advice or external representation before receiving the advisory assistance certificate, please bring copies of all evidence of your income and expenses to the meeting (e.g. current bank statement, social assistance notice, pension notice, ALG-I notice, pay slips, ... ) so that we can then fill out your advisory assistance application together with you. A daily updated account statement will be provided always needed.

If you rely on government assistance to support yourself, it is sufficient to submit a copy of the relevant social assistance notification and the current bank statement from your account.

If you do not receive state benefits but have a low income, you can also apply for counseling assistance. In addition to a daily bank statement, you will also need proof of all income (salary/wages) and all monthly expenses (rent, additional costs, loans, maintenance, debts, etc.).

Since our assistance in filling out the advisory assistance application is a free service provided by our company and takes some time, for reasons of equal opportunities we ask you to ensure that all evidence is complete at the time of the meeting.
